We Are The Rabbit, new paintings by Juan Torcoletti will be exhibited summer 2022 at Fredric Bernstein Interior Design and Fine Decor Gallery, 36 North Ferry Road, Shelter Island, NY.
The opening reception is Saturday June 25, from 6-8pm.
A conversation with the artist will follow on Sunday June 26, from 1-3pm.

Juan Torcoletti is a painter of simple, everyday moments. Uncomplicated imagery, expressionistic and full of emotion. An observer, you might also call him an empath. Whether it is sheer joy or a snarky chuckle, with every painting (we hope) you will feel something.

Like many of us former city dwellers, Juan left Buenos Aires to live in the rural Pampas of Argentina. We generally look at our pastoral settings with homeowner’s pride, but the existential question of land ownership is an interesting one and worthy of our thought.
